To print the group calendars, follow these steps:
- Click Printable Calendars under Current Events on the menu to the left of the screen.
- Choose the appropriate calendar, by clicking on either Newcomer or Medalist under the desired month.
- A separate window will open and the chosen calendar will be displayed. Note: You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view the calendar. If you do not have Adobe Reader, please visit this link to download it: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
(Be sure to clear the checkboxes next to the extraneous, offered software packages if you do not want them installed with Adobe Reader.)
- Once you can view the calendar, simply click the Printer icon or File:Print and you will have your own personal copy of the Arthur Murray Gaithersburg monthly group calendar. Congratulations!
